2015 PRICES

For 2015 we need to increase our rates.
Our last formal increase was in 2012, but in fact, because of discount booking policies, we have not increased rental rates for many contracts since 2008. We have yet to recover any of our 2007-2008 remodel costs, and most expenses, especially property taxes, tend to increase each year.

 

Guide to reading the chart:

• Note that rooms rent at a different prices, and pricing changes depending upon two things: 1) when you are renting and 2) how much time you book in one contract.

• 1. We have standard and weekday time.
Weekday time is week days before 5pm.

• 2. Bigger contracts in terms of money or hours get better prices.
To get a specific rate with your number of booking hours in mind, as a starting place, look at the number of hours (# Hrs) column to the right to a given room's column of prices. This minimum number of hours is calculated from dollar values of whole contract. The number listed is the minimum required to get a specific rate.

501c3 nonprofit organizations get discount pricing, see lines 7 and 8.
    Be prepared to write a donation letter at the end of the year,
    if we ask for it; we can help with the numbers.
